I had some polenta I purchased a while ago. The first attempt did not go over so well, but I was determined to try again. I read the packaging, looked at what else I had in the fridge and decided I was just going to throw things together and see what happened.
Turns out it was something like goulash.
1/2 package sun-dried tomato & garlic polenta, chopped
1/3 cup tomato basil pasta sauce
1/4 red onion, chopped
1 cup frozen corn
1 Morningstar Farms Vegan griller, chopped
I tossed it all in the skillet and cooked it. Very good and a thumbs up from the 10-year old.
