I'm planning on making the manzana chili verde from Veganomicon. This recipe makes WAY more than I can eat in one or two days, since I live alone. I've never tried to freeze chili before. Does anyone know if this recipe freezes well? Also, what kind of container would I use? I saw some large Ziploc freezer bags in the store, but I wasn't sure if these would work well.
