Hey All! I have a question - I wanted to make the lemon bars from Joy of Vegan Baking. As I'm abroad, I often have to buy staples - but when I went to buy corn starch then only had a big jar of like 500g - so didn't buy it. However the people I'm staying with do have agar-agar (so they should also have cornstarch). But my question is could I substitute agar-agar for cornstarch?
