I've been vegan for awhile now and I am starting to feel a little bored with tofu based dishes so I ask you my fellow vegans what should I do to liven things up? I haven't really experimented with seitan and tempeh because it looks kinda strange. Does it taste better than it looks after preparing it? I think I just need some different items to throw into the mix. I don't eat most white products either, minus cauliflower, so any ideas on what I can whip up or what cookbooks to consult? Much Thanks!
