so i went to sleep last night forgetting to put my tofutti cream cheese back in the refrigerator. this is unfortunate, as i am planning to bake with it today. i don't really have time to go all the way back to the specific store i would need to go to to replace it. or else i'd have absolutely no problem chucking it.
so i was wondering - if it was left out at room temperature, unopened, for around 9 hours or so - will it make people sick if i bake with it?
