MimicCreme?

To my amazement I just found MimicCreme at a grocery store in my boyfriend's city (which will also be my city after this semester). It's nearly $5 for a soymilk-sized aseptic carton, and I'd like to give it a try, ideally in veganizing an old favorite dessert or something. Any recipe suggestions?

From the pictures on the package (something that looked like tiramisu) I'm hoping it can be used like dairy whipping cream, though their site says they'll be introducing a whipping cream substitute soon. Has anyone used MimicCreme products? If the basic stuff is not like whipping cream, how does it compare to Silk creamer, etc?
