I didn't measure, so these are all approximations
1/4 block of Extra-firm Tofu, sliced
2 TB Sesame oil (or enough to coat your pan)
Pinch Chili Powder
Splash Lemon Juice
Heat sesame oil on medium-high until it sizzles when you flick water in there. When the oil is hot, add tofu slices. Sprinkle cumin and chili powder over the cooking tofu. Turn heat down a little so oil doesn't burn up. After about 3 minutes, flip tofu with a spatula. Sprinkle paprika on the tofu. Cook for another 4-6 minutes - flipping once more. Serve with a splash of lemon juice.
When I made this yesterday I put it in with a salad. Today I had it again with sweet peas. It was awesome both times.
