Freezer friendly finger food

I'm having a party in a few weeks and I really want to make some yummy hot finger food that I can prepare well in advance so on the day all I have to do is take them out of the freezer and pop them in the oven to reheat/cook. I was thinking vege sausage rolls (make them up to the stage before cooking, slice them and pop them in the freezer. I was thinking little samosas as well but that's all I could think of. Does anyone know if you can make and fry spring rolls and then freeze them (once cooked) and just reheat them in the oven (kind of like the frozen ones you get in the packets).

Any other ideas or tried and true recipes would be great, we're expecting about 100 people so the more ideas the better!! the only restriction is that apart from taking them from the freezer to the oven, I won't have time to prepare anything on the day.
