Tomato Garlic Cheez Spread
1 cup tomato sauce
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
2 cloves garlic, chopped (more or less according to your taste)
1 tsp salt (more or less according to your taste)
cayenne pepper to taste (optional)
1. Whisk together all ingredients
2. Cook over medium-low heat, whisking constantly until very thick
-Make sure you stir it constantly with the whisk while it's cooking. It thickens suddenly and very quickly, and will burn if you don't keep stirring it.
Edit: I almost forgot! I think adding a couple tablespoons of olive oil or margarine would probably make this a little more decadent.
