Dearest vegans bakers, please help me out. There is some awesome homemade-looking sweet potato cinnamon raisin swirl bread at a health food store nearby, and it is so very good, but it is $4 per loaf, which is too expensive for me. So I want to recreate it at home. The ingredients on the bag are as follows: multigrain flour, sweet potato, cinnamon, raisins, vegetable oil, sea salt, organic brown sugar. It tastes like it is a yeasted bread. Anyone have a recipe? I'm not so good at making up bread recipes.
