I'm currently a vegetarian, but am slowly transitioning to a vegan diet (slowly because I'm only 15 and my mom still buys the groceries, and won't go out of her way to buy special food for me) and one of my favorite things to eat is broccoli! I usually eat it plain with hummus, or steamed with cheese mixed in. For the weeks of Lent, I've decided to give up all animal products. My mom just bought me some broccoli, but we don't have any hummus.
So I was wondering, does anybody have any other delish ways of eating broccoli that don't involve me putting cheese on it? I'm not a picky eater, so suggest away. (: Thanks in advance!
