In the food processor I threw in:
2 cloves garlic
1/2 red bell pepper
I added beans into the processor till it seemed thick enough (it was my first time making these, and I was making this up as i went)
I then put this thick mush into a bowl, added some whole beans , chorizo, and almond meal. At first it wasnt holding together well, so I added more almond meal. Then it seemed too dry, so i added a little olive oil. haha
maybe like 1/4 tsp. cayenne and some cumin to taste
I fried them in some olive oil.
I will make them again tonight and post a pic!!
