Broccoli Polonaise (veganized)

(the original recipe was for four people, mine is made for one, with some corrections added based on how I felt after eating it.) :)

Broccoli (about 2 cups?, cut into chunks of florets)
Bread crumbs (1/2 cup-- could probably even use 1/4)
Ground mustard (1/2 teaspoon-- could have used more)
Butter (2 tablespoons, could probably just use 1-- I used butter, you could use a vegan butter just as well)

(the original recipe, and all authentic Polonaises call for a hard-boiled egg to grate over the food at the end... I left this out)

How to:
Boil the broccoli with some salt for about 5 minutes, until tender

In a frying pan, melt the butter
Add the bread crumbs and stir around until the crumbs begin to turn brown
Add the mustard powder, stir
Remove from heat
**Note: this can burn really easily, so be sure to do this all fairly quickly

Drain the broccoli and rinse it with cold water
Put your breadcrumb mix over the broccoli

Enjoy! :)
