What you need:
2 boxes of penne pasta
6 roma tomatoes
4 small cans of tomato paste
1 carton of Silk creamer (regular flavor)
1 clove of garlic
2 cans of mushrooms
3 handfuls of spinach
Crushed red pepper flakes (based upon your own taste)
Boil the pasta along with some crushed red pepper flakes, and in a large pot, mix the tomato paste, Silk creamer, and more CRPflakes. Finely chop the clove of garlic, and add that to the tomato paste. Put it at a medium-low heat, and cover for ten minutes. After ten minutes, drain the mushrooms, and add them to the sauce. Once the noodles are done boiling, chop up the tomatoes and add them to the sauce. Turn the heat up to a solid medium. Add the spinach to the sauce, and let it cook for five more minutes.
This recipe serves about twelve people.
