Too much Calzone filling?

So I made the calzone filling and dough from In The Garden of Vegan on Saturday night. And while they were awesome, I made too much of the filling to go with the dough.

Any suggestions on what I can use it in or on to get rid of it without having to make a whole other batch of dough?

Its basically a tofu ricotta, soy mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, onions and spinach.
