nonhydrogenated shortening: What brand nonhydrogenated shortening do you guys use? Is this something refrigerated in stick form, or nonrefrigerated in a can?
nonhydrogenated margarine: In the store, I see Earth Balance shortening, buttery sticks, and buttery spread - I've never seen Earth Balance margarine. What do you guys use for this?
Finally, I love strawberry frosting. How would you recommend making this recipe strawberry? I have tried just adding the juice of a real strawberry to frosting before, but that made the frosting too watery.
