What I can't eat:
Tree nuts& peanuts
processed flours (whole grains are fine, though)
sweetners of any kind (except for blackstrap molasses and ground dates)
fruit juices (whole fruits are fine though)
any kind of shortening or margarine
Anything else is fair game.... I've been eating alot of date rolls w/coconut lately but I've just been looking for something else. Anyone up for my challenge?
