high protein veggie burgers?

I want to make some high protein veggie burgers but am limited to what ingredients I can use since I am in Morocco. There aren't any meat replacements here like tofu, tempeh, seitan, soy or anything like that. My primary protein source has been beans and expensive soy milk.

I can buy most fresh vegetables like potatoes, courgettes, eggplant artichokes etc. Mushrooms are a bit hard to come by but they exist. The fresh herbs I can get are parsley, fresh basil thyme and oregano and they sell most dry herbs even though those do not have nearly as much flavor. As far as beans go there are garbanzo, red, white and fava beans.

Any suggestions on how to make veggie burger given my limitations would be greatly appreciated!
