A few weeks (or maybe it was months) ago, someone posted about working in a national park this summer and wondered what sort of foods to eat. Someone in that comment thread suggested picking up Lipsmackin' Vegetarian Backpackin' (or I think it was that post at least). On that same day, my boyfriend picked it up from REI! We have been bothered by how expensive packaged backpacking/camp food is, so we are very happy that we will be able to bring our own food. What are some of your favorite recipes from that book? Any tips on how to veganize certain recipes? So much of it sounds really tasty and easy to make. Thanks!
