My stepmom and I are trying to spend the week reducing our reliance on processed food/chemicals by making meals out of foods with as few already-combined ingredients as possible. Basically, with substitution magic, that means no baking powder, tofu, or chocolate. We've done the stir-fry thing quite a bit, and really all that we're having trouble with is breakfast and desserts. And since you all are veritable pools of yummy knowledge... Any suggestions? Really, just any yummy recipes without baking powder/tofu/chocolate would be greatly appreciated!
