Oh! so I grabbed these homemade spicy thai noodles from the farmer's market last week and I'm at a loss for what kind of sauce I should decorate them in. I was thinking of teaming the noodles up with tomatoes, peppers, sauteed mushrooms, and some other vegetables but I'm not sure what to do for the sauce. Because they have such a great flavor on their own, I wanted something tasty and that could add to/enhance the already spicy noodles. Any suggestions?
