Carrot and batata soup

I felt like eating a carrot soup but couldn't find an easy reciepe. So I tried something and it went ok. I like the result.

3 carrots
2 batatas (sweet potato)
1 small potato (un pealed)
cinnamon
salt
turmeric

Cut carrots, batatas and potato to small pieces. Cook with water to cover it all. (I cooked the carrots first, than added the rest when carrots started to get soft).
When everything is soft (check with a fork), smash everything with a hand blender (stick blender?) till soop becomes creamy. Add more water if too thick.

Add cinnamon, salt and turmeric and continue cooking. Add small amount from everything. Taste every few minutes and add more salt (or cinnamon) till you like it.
update: I also added few drops of Lemon juice. I forgot to mention it.

Enjoy!

My original plan was to add coconut liquid as well, but I found out that the only can I had had expired 6 month ago. So I didn't try it. Should go well. I think some pumpkin can go with it as well.
