This is my first year doing a CSA, and I love it. However, over the past three weeks, I've gotten 27 ears of sweet corn, and more are due to arrive this week, and probably into the future. AAAAHH! I guess this is what happens when you join a CSA in the midwest. I've been eating lots of corn on the cob, of course, and freezing some, but I'm looking for as many corn recipes as you can throw my way.

I've already tried making a corn chowder, but I think I decided I'm not a huge fan of how sweet it is for a soup. I think I'm going to make some corn fritters and/or tamale pie this week. Any other recommendations? Bonus points if it freezes well.
