I'm starting school next week, and i'm going to have less time to cook than I do now. School full time & work pretty much full time, as well.
So, i'm probably going to do a lot of cooking on one or two days a week so I don't have to worry about cooking as much the rest of the week.
I'm looking for freezer safe containers that are preferably leech free if they're plastic, but i'd rather have something that isn't plastic. Large containers for soup, etc
What are your favorite things to make & freeze for later? & what kinds of things should I avoid freezing? I've never really frozen any of my food before.
