I’m going to be cooking a large meal for a group of friends in November, anywhere from 10-20 people. They’ll be performing later that night, so I want to cook some dishes that are medium-high in energy and won’t sit heavy in the stomach. Looking for a variety of dishes; finger foods, appetizers, entrees, and desserts alike.
I’m scared to make something that will prompt a trip to the restroom mid-show, so any suggestions on how to avoid this are greatly appreciated!! And all of them are either vegan or veggie, and will eat anything, so no limitations.
