Ambrosia

I wanted to share a little concoction I made that I found yummy. I got a horrible craving for ambrosia salad while at the grocery. So I made this to take it's place

1 big can crushed pineapple
1 big can mandarin orange segments
1 can papaya (just got on a whim since it was cheap)
1 package silken "vanilla" tofu
1/2 small package of shredded coconut
1 small bag of pecans (cheaper than walnuts)

Just combine everything in a big bowl, I started combining the pineapple and tofu to make it smooth.

Stick in the fridge for an hour. So good and an easy tropical dessert!
