I am transitioning to vegan. I have a weird schedule that has me out of the house for 14+ hours a day most days. As an omni my preference was to eat 2 large-ish meals per day and a few small snacks to keep me going in between. As a vegan I cannot seem to stay full for more than a couple of hours at a time.
What do you eat to keep you full for a long time? Recipes would be greatly appreciated. I like pretty much everything except eggplant.
