Arkmar falafel

A lovely recipe a friend of mine made up. He's a apocalyptic fantasy writer and Arkmar is a country in one of his latest stories. This recipe is all his and so credit goes to him.

ingredients:
1/2 a cup of white rice (persian or japanese)
1/2 a cup of Lentils (whatever color you choose)
soy sauce
salt
dry apricots
fresh plums
raisins
date syrup
ground ginger
ground clove
walnuts
bread crumbs
olive/canola/soy/sunflower seed oil

How to prepare:
Prepare the rice and lentils. Once prepared, add salt and soy sauce. While this is going on, take the dry fruits and mesh them in a blender. Add the nuts after some smashing (but keep it chunky) along with the clove, a sprinkling of ginger and a bit of date syrup for added sweetness. Mix the blend with the rice and lentils.

Prepare a frying pan with the oil in generous but not overwhelming amount of oil and start making small balls from the mix you've got. Roll the balls in bread crumbs and fry until the balls gain a light brown color. Serve hot.
