My supermarket was selling blueberries at 1/4 the usual price, so I picked up nearly a kilo. I don't usually buy blueberries as they're always pretty expensive, so I'm not sure what to do with them. I'd like to do something other than the usual blueberry muffins/pancakes, but I haven't found any good recipes in my books or online apart from a blueberry cheesecake that would use about a quarter of the blueberries I have. Does anyone have any suggestions? I like all foods, so I'm open to ideas! If you have a non-vegan recipe I'm happy to have a go at adapting it myself if you're not sure about non-dairy substitutes.
