I don't know if this is the right place to ask this but I'm looking for some book recommendations for someone on why animal products are bad/unhealthy and what foods are good to eat and why. A healthy eating book, if you will. I used to have one but can't remember what it was, so I'm just looking for any good ones.
Also, any recommendations for a *healthy* vegan cookbook? Healthy is important as I am cutting out processed foods.
I would love some ideas on dry beans. I make them a lot in the crock pot. What do you season with?
I hope the first questions were allowed. Thank you for any help!
