I'm baking the chocolate cookies from VwaV at the moment, but for some reason...they're not doing anything. Ok what I mean is that I put them in the oven 20 minutes ago (they're supposed to be done in 10 minutes) and they're still ball shaped.
Does that have anything to do with the fact that the dough was totally crumbly, and I ended up adding some canola oil to make it stick?
My cookies have never been this weird before, help! I'm craving cookies people!
Edit: Thanks for the suggestions, I'm going to try soy milk next time. They turned out with a weird sandy texture, which apparently my boyfriend loves, so at least I have someone who'll eat them!
