Have any of you successfully made a tasty curry with chili paste and soy milk? I don't have any coconut milk on hand, but am still in a curry mood.
Edited to add: I am aware that curry can be made without any kind of milk component. I'm specifically wondering about the sort of curry that is generally made with coconut milk. You are welcome to post whatever recipes or curry suggestions you want, I'm happy to see 'em, but I really want to hear if anyone has tried curry with soy milk. :-)
