Bunny Shaped Cheesecake?

I had a dream last night where I made a bunny shaped cheesecake for Easter. That's all I remember from the dream, but I woke up with the feeling that it must be made. I've only ever made the regular-shaped cheesecake in the round pans. I have a metal muffin tin that has bunny faces that I've used to make peanut butter cups, but I have no idea if that would work for cheesecake, since the graham cracker base would have to be put on top while it cooked and then I would have to turn it over and pop it out. Is there any way to pull this off? I have tried a few different "cheese"cake recipes, and I've liked them all, so I would love to be able to do this. I would even be fine it they were just the outline of the bunny or bunny face and I just did like a raspberry topping or something and used that to draw on eyes or whatever.

And are there any brands of graham crackers that you know of that don't have honey? I have never been able to find any.
