A flour question.

This is probably a dumb question, but I have the world's worst Google-fu, I've checked the tags and I still can't find the answer.

I'm Australian and a lot of my recipes call for whole wheat pastry flour and I have zero idea what that is. Can anybody explain it to me, or does anybody know of the Australian version?
