I'm going camping next week for the first time since going vegan! I'm really excited. I have dandies in the cupboard and a partial menu all written up including lots of potatoes, tofu-kebabs, veggie dogs and burgers, and wraps. I'll be gone for 5 nights and am just looking for some more simple recipe suggestions for breakfast, lunch, or dinner to be cooked on a grill or in a frying pan. I'm not planning on boiling water to make rice or pasta.
Any other vegan camping tips would be great, as well!
