I know I'll also need cilantro, but I'm at a bit of a loss as to how to go about the rest, I haven't had one in a while.
Firstly, the bread: what kind is necessary? Where can I get it? Does it have to be a special Vietnamese kind or will any sort of demi-baguette suffice?
Also, I have some tofu and was planning on using that, do I cook it or use it straight out of the package? If I cook it, what in, is there a special sauce of some sort?
Speaking of sauce, what to use in that respect?
Also, other veggies to add?
