I had extra firm tofu, dried it as much as possible with paper towels.
Lightly soaked in teriyaki sauce and worchestershire sauce ( I dipped/ lightly put sauce on tofu and lightly rubbed with my finger)
I baked it on 375 in a coated the pan with olive oil.
I mixed together some white rice with some stir fried veggies and put the same sauce with it.
Problem is, it was bland as hell! How do I avoid bland tofu? Any tips on good sauces? Any good recipes? I'm kind of poor and no Asian grocery stores around.
