Here's what I used:
Three bananas, sliced
Two punnets of strawberries, diced
2-3 Tbsp coconut milk (or to taste)
1 Tbsp golden syrup (or to taste)
2/3 cup flour
1/3 cup oats
1/3 cup coconut
2/3 cups sugar
5 Tbsp non-dairy margarine
Here's what I did:
Preheat oven to 180C.
Place first lot of ingredients in an oven proof dish (I used a casserole dish) and stir. Place in oven, for about 15 mins while you prepare the crumble, stirring regularly.
For the crumble, place the oats and coconut on some alfoil and grill for about one minute. Place in a bowl with all the other ingredients, and rub the marg in until all crumbly!
Spread crumble evenly across the top of the fruit, and bake for about 15 mins or until all brown and crunchy on top.
MMMMMMM deliciousness! It made four rather generous servings, and all got polished off very quickly!
