Yeastless Pizza Dough

You know when you get a craving that just takes you over? Right now all I think think about is garlic bread made on a pizza base. I have all the ingredients needed except for yeast or baking powder. My question is could I use vinegar? I've heard of it been used as a raising agent before and I like to add it to tempura batter to make it a bit fluffier. The only doubt I have is the amount I might need for bread dough might make it taste really strongly of vinegar. Any suggestions?
