I'm snowed in here on Long Island and I'm loving it- a good excuse to bake my favorite cookies: chocolate crinkle cookies from Vegan Cookies Take Over Your Cookie Jar!
My question is this- I have an opened bag of ground flax seeds in the fridge (it's tied shut tightly with a rubber band). It's been in there for 3 weeks...is it safe to use it? I've read on some websites that it's okay, I've read on others that I'm pushing my luck.
