so i was gifted this lovely bottle of white truffle oil for christmas. i've played with it in some of the dishes and sides you would think of when you think of truffle oil (mashed and roasted potatoes, risotto, white sauce tossed with pasta and veggies. and pizza's happening at some point. mmm daiya), but i'm kind of stumped on what to do next or how to expand its uses. so. favorite things to drizzle it on? something you put it on on a whim and then OMG? bonus points if it's something that is a little less with the starches and carbs.
