vegan insta-icecream, iraqi style

4 frozen bananas
4 tbsp tahini
3 tbsp date syrup
half cup walnuts
half cup sultanas
quarter cup peanuts
2 tbsp sesame seeds
tsp cinnamon

chop frozen bananas in to quarters & mix in a blender with tahini & date syrup, slowly adding the other ingredients as the mixture becomes smooth. stick that in the pipe of anyone who ever told you you can't be vegan in the middle east!
