I have a sort of "needs to be answered quickly" question- no pressure or anything!
I realllllly want to make a recipe for stuffed portabella pizzas with a cashew basil ~cheese~ sauce tonight, but the recipe says to soak the cashews overnight. Can I skip this step? Can I soak them for a half hour and be done with it? I know it might not taste the same, but in a pinch, can I just skip this part?
