I haven't used my ice cream maker in years, and that's shameful. Please help me bring it out of retirement! What are your favorite tried-and-true sorbet and ice cream recipes? Soy, nut, and coconut milks are all fine. I'm totally open to salty and savory ice creams as well as sweet ones, and frozen custard, and popsicles, and basically anything that will get me through what promises to be a brutally hot and humid summer even by New York standards.
