Here are the croissants and chocolate croissants. They came out really well, though I should have made more chocolate ones.

Ricard Pastis to drink - I don't even like black licorice, but this was good. I read somewhere that you can add banana syrup as well as water and that was actually really tasty. I was excited to find a non-wine (since I cannot drink wine) French alcohol!

A piperade with smoked tofu instead of ham or prosciutto - this was delicious! We used it for a filling for the crepes, though since you put it on eggs it could have gone on the quiche also.

And I made a star shaped blue white and red jello mold thing with agar and peach juice. I was so excited that it was actually keeping its shape! And it tasted really good. Who needs jello when you have agar?

My plate full of food! It was sooo good! There is a sweet crepe, a savory crepe, some tabbouleh salad, a croissant, some tart, some quiche and in the middle some jello mold and rosemary almonds.

Kind of blurry but the savory crepe has steamed asparagus, piperade, and a nutritional yeast and almond "cheese" sauce which actually came out better than I thought it would.

The sweet crepe had berries (strawberries, blueberries and raspberries) and peaches with chocolate sauce and soy whip cream. YUM!

Another picture of the napoleons for dessert. There were tons more veggies and fruits, but I didn't get any photos of them. It was a delicious French food feast!
