Vegan Marshmallow Fluff and Fondant Cupcake Toppers?
There's a celebration coming up and for the birthday girl I decided to make Ponyo cupcakes. The problem is - I'm not sure how I should do it. I plan on making strawberry cupcakes with almond-something to look like the ocean - then I'm going to have Ponyo in fish-form on top. I was thinking of combining puffed rice with vegan marshmallow fluff but how I planned to do it was a bit different than most. I planned on making a simple recipe and before it had the chance to set up I would combine it with the rest of the fondant ingredients. Could that work?
Or should I just make marzipan (which is probably cheaper) since some sort of almond flavor is wanted? Thank you for your time. ^^
