I would love to be able to veganize this (http://www.takeamegabite.com/?p=7953) s'mores scheesecake recipe in the case of me desperately needing a whole bunch of delicious calories. I have a few basic cheesecake recipes that I'm sure would work, but what I'm most curious about veganizing is the marshmallow top. Use a marshmallow fluff that's accidentally vegan? Use dandies and just melt them on top? Problem with that is that I don't have a torch to melt them at all.
