My father has been a cook for over 40 years and has finally (after me being vegan for 7+ years) decided to start trying to cook vegan food!
Wowzers. What a triumph, ha.
He bought tofu (because he thinks tofu = veg food) and wants to make something with it. Problem is, I want him to make something awesome to show him how yummy tofu can be and yet very traditional so he has something familiar to work with.
So, what is a great tofu recipe that is tasty and still familiar for people who have never eaten it?
Difficulty isn't an issue, in fact something more involved would be good too.
