1&1/4 water (you may need to add more, depending on humidity)
3 tbsp flaxseed oil (or hemp oil)
4 tbsp unsulphured blackstrap molasses
2 tsp salt
3 tbsp soymilk powder (or vegan protein powder)
4&1/2 cups wholewheat bread flour
1/3 cup flaxmeal
* Put all ingredients except flaxmeal into bread machine in order.
* Wait for "additional ingredients" beep, pause machine, and add flaxmeal.
* Sit and read, have a cuppa, do your laundry, enjoy the smell of baking bread...
This makes a lovely moist, dense, rich loaf which is great with stews, sandwiches, and toasted with marmalade.
