Flax-Molasses-Wholewheat Bread

I've been experimenting with flaxmeal in bread. There were problems with uneven rising and texture before, but I've found the best way to work with the added flaxmeal with my particular bread-machine.

1&1/4 water (you may need to add more, depending on humidity)
3 tbsp flaxseed oil (or hemp oil)
4 tbsp unsulphured blackstrap molasses
2 tsp salt
3 tbsp soymilk powder (or vegan protein powder)
4&1/2 cups wholewheat bread flour
1/3 cup flaxmeal

* Put all ingredients except flaxmeal into bread machine in order.
* Wait for "additional ingredients" beep, pause machine, and add flaxmeal.
* Sit and read, have a cuppa, do your laundry, enjoy the smell of baking bread...

This makes a lovely moist, dense, rich loaf which is great with stews, sandwiches, and toasted with marmalade.

Husband tested, vgnwtch approved.
