chocolate almond brownies

i made these for my vegetarian society meeting at school tomorrow.

1 cup regular tofu
1 cup turbinado sugar (or whatever sweetener you like)
2 tsp vanilla extract
4 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp cocoa powder
1 1/2 cup w.w. soft (pastry) flour
3/4 cup almonds chopped
splash of soy milk

blend tofu, sweetener, vanilla, oil, and cocoa until creamy. stir together flour and baking powder. add almonds and a splash of soy milk and mix until just mixed. spoon into a lightly oiled and floured 8X8 pan and bake for 20-25 min at 350 degrees. melt 1/3 cup chocolate chips or discs in microwave with 1/8 cup soy milk and drizzle over top of brownies when cooled.
